Yes, all our glasses offer UV400 protection to protect your eyes from ultraviolet rays.
How do I know what size fits me best?
You'll find the detailed measurements for each product. You can also check our size guide to choose the model that fits you best.
📦 Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping within Spain usually takes between 2 and 4 business days. For international shipments, this time may vary.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us at infonuvbrand@gmail.com to request changes or cancellations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments, as well as other secure methods available on our platform.
🔁 Exchanges and Returns
What is the return policy?
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request a return. The product must be in its original condition and unused.
How can I request a product exchange?

Are return shipping costs on me?
Yes, unless the product is defective or there was a mistake on our part.

What warranty do Nuv glasses have?
All our products come with a three-year legal warranty under Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 (Spanish Legislation). This warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Damage due to misuse, unauthorized handling, drops, bumps, or natural wear and tear.
How can I make use of the warranty?
Write to us at infonuvbrand@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and pictures of the product. If necessary, we will replace the product free of charge.
