Not what you expected? Don't worry! You have 14 days after receiving your glasses to request a return or exchange.

We only ask that the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

How much does it cost to return or exchange glasses?

The cost is the same as shipping . You can choose the option that best suits you:

How do I manage a return or exchange?

1. Write to us at info@nuvbarcelona.com with the order number and reason for exchange or return.
2. We'll send you a shipping label so you can drop off your package at a drop-off location or schedule a pickup.
3. Once we receive the package and review its condition, we'll process a refund or send you a new model.
